Rontgen review: What I have experienced so far

Firstly, some words about opening account in Rontgen. For me it was easy process, all I needed was to click login with Google account (you also can choose to do that with Facebook or do full registration). And that’s it. Later you have to do video verification and wait for approval (takes up to 10 minutes if everything is fine). Add funds to Rontgen account is easy and you can use bank to transfer funds. Takes up to 2 working day. Or you can use Paysera and transfer funds instantly.

Secondly, some facts about my experience in using Rontgen investment opportunities. Since the beginning of 2018 only 2 projects have been funded with a value of 500.000 eur. This year one real estate project with a value of 2M eur has almost raised needed funds for development. Annual interest rate is 7%. Personally I do not like to invest in property which is refinansing av bank loan. Compared to other real estate platforms the returns are lower. Plus there are not many investment offers.

All in all, Rontgen is a young P2P crowdfunding platform from Lithuania. They issued €2.8 million in loans and is supervised by the central bank of Lithuania. The platform has user-friendly and intuitive dashboard In the other hand, there are many real estate crowdfunding platforms in Baltics with more projects and higher interest rates. For me personally, it’s worth checking what projects they will offer in the future and potentially putting some capital to those projects. Overall, it’s a young platform that will need to put a lot of effort in order to move faster than competitors.
