Housers review: What I have experienced so far…

Though it is originally Spanish company, it is very user-friendly for foreigners as well due to fine translation to English language. The interface is very intuitive, and does not create any frustration for new users.

The only disadvantage what I see at the moment is the very long investor verification process, which takes up to 3 business days. On the other hand, there are a few but very big investment opportunities, and it is not very likely that 3 days would determine whether you will be in time to invest or not. Therefore, such long period does not make any big influence on investment process.

It was already mentioned, that there are already ~62‘000 „Housers“ (this is how their users are called). Most probably it is because of generous Referral program where both old investor and new-comer gets 50€ each when the investment by new-comer is made. It is not common practice to give bonus for both parties.

What we really lack, is Live-Support for urgent questions. Unfortunately, there is general „ticketing system“ and the questions are being answered within 24 hours.
