Bulkestate review: What I have experienced so far
I started in Bulkestate in July 2017 and to be honest it is the most simple peer to peer lending platform (from the investors perspective) I have ever seen. You can register as an investor by using personal Facebook,Google,Vkontakte or email account. However, I am sure that the platform should strengthen investor verification process as it can lead to many fake investors and money laundering.

I always seek to find platforms that offer attractive returns. Platforms that offer real estate projects financing are one of the most favorite. Nevertheless, loan supply is low. Right now only one real estate loan is available. Another issue that as investor you cannot deposit money at Bulkestate. Each time you want to invest in a certain loan, you have to make a transfer to a bank account provided by the platforms. And international transfers are not the cheapest ones. I also have to pay the attention to Bulkestates website. For me it looks too simple. And that brings the attention to quality and professionalism.
